To This End, The Investment Corporation Executed An Asset Management Agreement, Including Subsequent Amendments, (the "asset Management Agreement") With The Asset Management Company On April 21, 2005. In Accordance With The Asset Management Agreement And The Asset Management Policies Of The Investment Corporation, The Asset Management Company Has Established Guidelines Concerning Investment And Management Policies ("management Guidelines") That Apply To The Investment Corporation’s Investment Assets. The Investment Corporation Invests Primarily In Specified Assets Pursuant To The Law Concerning Investment Trusts And Investment Corporations. As A Closed-end Corporate-type Fund, Unitholders Of Joint Reit Are Not Entitled To Request For The Redemption Or Repurchase Of Investment Units.
