Since The Foundation, Zephyr Has Aspired To Improve Real Estate Quality And Offer Affluence And Happiness Through An Array Of Real Estate Projects. In The Wake Of Japan’s Solid Economic Recovery, Demand In The Real-estate Market For Condominiums Has Remained Solid, And Also The Real-estate Investment Market Represented By J-reits Has Been Burgeoning. However, The Public’s View To The Real-estate Industry Is Becoming Increasingly Severe, Given Anticipated Rises In Both Interest Rates And Land Prices In Major Metropolitan Areas.
