The Sj Group Originated In 1989, When A Team Of Technicians Specializing In System Design And Architecture, Mainly Chinese Overseas Students Who Had Studied Computer Science At University, Came Together To Establish Sun Japan Corporation (now Sj Holdings Inc.). In 1990, Sun Japan Established A Subsidiary In China And Began Developing Systems For The Japanese Market, Preempting The Current Boom In Offshore Development. Although Some Were Skeptical At The Thought Of Using A Chinese Company To Develop Systems For Japanese Companies, Given Strict Japanese Demands For Quality, The Group Focused On Customer Satisfaction And Started To Build, Expand And Refine Its Unique “distributed Development” System Through A Process Of Trial And Error. It Is This System That Enables Us To Provide Sophisticated Solutions Quickly And At A Reasonable Cost. To Establish Ourselves As A Comprehensive Information Service Group And Strengthen Our Competitive Edge To Improve Customer Satisfaction, We Integrated Our Operations With Tcc Corporation In 2004 And With Ibet Co., Ltd. In 2005. We Also Changed The Name Of The Company From Sun Japan Corporation To Sj Holdings Inc. And Made The Transition To A 100% Holding Company To Enhance The Group’s Strategic And Management Capabilities. Although The Group‘s Workforce Has Grown From Just Seven People Initially To Around 2,000 Employees, Our Basic Strategy Has Remained Unchanged Ever Since The Group Was First Established: "to Operate Our Business In Both Japan And China And Harness The Resulting Synergy To Respond To A Wide Range Of Demands From The Public And Our Customers While Expanding Our Operations And Achieving Even Greater Profits".
