This Was A Major Concern For Our Company; Fullcast Makes A Principle Of Strict Obedience To The Law, And It Was With Great Solemnity That We Acknowledged These Circumstances. We Sincerely Apologize For The Significant Inconvenience That This Has Visited Upon Our Shareholders And Concerned Parties. Looking Back Upon The Past Year, We Recognize That Some Areas Requiring Reform Were Disregarded In An Environment Of Rapid Growth And Expansion That Has Continued Since Foundation Of The Company. We Intend To Seriously Reflect On, And To Continue With Procedures That Remove Undesirable Elements From Our Operations, And Develop New And Improved Means Of Conducting Business. We Have Continued To Pursue The Brighter Elements Of The Human Resource Dispatching Sector, Namely Cutting Costs For Corporations And Generating Employment Opportunities For Workers. However, In Recent Times There Has Been Increased Focus Upon The “darker” Side Of The Sector, Typified By The Working Poor And “internet Cafe Refugees” (people Without Fixed Addresses Who Spend Nights At Internet Cafe), And It Seems That The Human Response Dispatching Sector Is Considered To Be The Principal Cause For These Phenomena. As With Anything Faced In Life, There Are Both Positives And Negatives. As A Business, Fullcast Strives To Accentuate The Positives, And To Rectify The Negatives With Humility. Whether Staff Members Are Able To Receive Joy From Working Is Fundamental To Our Business. We Wish To Support The Realization Of Our Staff Members’ Dreams, And To Continue Offering Support That Paints A Clear Picture For Each And Every Worker About How To Improve Their Skills After Two Or Three Years, Through The Work We Do. As Fullcast Grew And The Number Of Branch Offices Increased, It Is A Fact That Administrative Expenses Were Collected Without Sufficient Explanation. To Sustain The Relationship Of Trust Shared Between Fullcast And Its Staff Members, Who Have Been Responsible For Supporting The Company Over Many Years, We Have Resolved To Make Payments To Staff Members Traced Back To The Time Of The Company’s Foundation Based Upon Discernible Work Records In Accordance With Claims Made By Dispatched Staff Members Who Indicate That A Misunderstanding Has Occurred In Relation To Administrative Expenses. Since August 2007, We Have Established A Center For Dealing Specifically With These Duties And Made Payments Accordingly.
